They were so kind to approach and very supportive with the works which I never had a feeling of being left behind. Moreover, the higher-ups were amiable and professional whenever I am in need. SciMed has a PMD programme that allows everyone to set a 1-year learning goal, whereby we are committed to both individual and organizational learning. This is indeed a good strategy for me to adapt to new skills. The company supported me in achieving my career goal by providing overseas training as well as through online courses, this truly strengthened my own ability in dealing with work related stuff.

The most rewarding part of working at SciMed is helping customers resolve their issues as an engineer, this helps in gaining trust in customer relationship which leads to good customer relationship management.
