“I am a customer service coordinator here in SciMed. A typical day here is liaising with our customers to provide services & this includes processing and closing orders. I love the interaction with customers as well as working with Engineers to give customers the best service, ensure timely follow ups and accurate information shared.
I feel like I am growing together with the company as there are constantly new processes being introduced to improve the flow and service. As an individual, I learn to be more independent and to manage my time better.
What I love about working here is that I can have a rewarding and fulfilling career, having the opportunity to also have my personal family time. I was in my previous job for 8 years and I’ve my fair share of anxiety with the thought of changing to a new environment. However, SciMed have made me feel at home. I have great colleagues who are from different walks of life, having different skills to share, and contribute.
