Graph Details: HEK293F cells were suspended in MaxCyte® Electroporation Buffer with FITC-conjugated dextran and divided into 6 CL-2 PAs. Samples were transfected on two separate GTx™ Instruments (3 each). Three aliquots were taken from each CL-2 post electroporation and assayed for fluorescence.
