Graph Details: K562 cells were suspended in MaxCyte Electroporation Buffer with pGFP into each well of 3 OC-100×2 PAs and 3 OC-100 PAs. Samples were analyzed 24 hours post-electroporation and assayed for fluorescence to measure efficiency. The average for each well is shown in the graph.
