Graph Details: K562 cells at 5×107 cells/mL were electroporated with plasmid DNA encoding GFP at low energy (Opt-1) and high energy (Opt-10). Four R-50×8 PAs and eight OC-100 PAs were evaluated at each energy level for both GFP expression and cell viability 48 hours post-transfection via flow cytometry analysis. Results are an average of 16 wells for the R-50×8 and 8 wells for the OC-100 for each energy level.
